Enso Order & Delivery Policy
Orders placed before 5 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.
Standard Delivery:
Orders will be delivered within 24-48 hours within Spain under regular conditions.
Orders During Holidays & After-Hours:
Orders placed after 5 pm, on public holidays, or during festivities will be processed on the next working day.
These orders will be delivered within 72 hours within Spain.
Delivery Charges:
For orders totaling 45 euros or above, delivery is free.
A delivery fee of 5 euros applies for orders below 45 euros.
Returns & Refund Policy
Time Frame for Returns:
Customers have a 14-day window from the receipt of the goods to initiate a return, in line with Spanish consumer protection laws.
Conditions for Return:
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
Any damaged or used items may be exempt from returns or may incur a restocking fee.
Refunds:
Once the return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 14 days.
Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to a mistake on Enso's part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.Email Notifications Policy
Order Confirmation:
Upon successfully placing an order, customers will receive an initial confirmation email. This will include an estimated delivery time based on our standard delivery criteria.
Delivery Update:
As the order progresses, a subsequent email will be dispatched with the exact delivery date and time to keep our customers informed.
